Our school has an on-site kitchen and provides a daily canteen service for all children. They are continuously supervised by school staff, who are trained in paediatric choking rescue procedures.

The lunchtime for the nursery school is from 11:30 am, and for the primary school, it is at 1:00 pm.

At the end of lessons, primary school classes are accompanied to the dining hall by their class teachers, and each child assembles their tray in a self-service manner. After finishing their meal, each child clears their own table to encourage autonomy, following the Montessori philosophy.

For the younger children in the nursery school, meals are served directly at the table, and they independently clear their own space.

Throughout the school year, two menus alternate: a winter menu and a summer menu, on which families can indicate any allergies or intolerances. Each menu is periodically approved by the local health authority (ASL) after being drafted by a nutritionist doctor. Our cooks always have fresh, wholesome ingredients at their disposal to prepare delicious meals for our children.
